The Alphabets of Life: Yield
Warrior Princess, I believe that the Lord is calling His daughters to yield to Him. If we yield to Him we will experience His blessings. I love that one of the definitions of yield is giving up the struggle. If we will yield by giving up the struggle, we will yield a blessing in that we sow as He told His children in Zechariah 8:12 CSB "For they will sow in peace, the vine will yield its fruit; the land will yield its produce, and the skies will yield dew. I will give the remnant of this people all these things as an inheritance."
Wrestling with those things we struggle will not allow us to yield the blessings that are waiting for us. We need to yield to His grace by giving up the thing which we struggle and lean on Him. We need to yield to allow His healing touch to restore our soul and our brokenness. The enemy wants us to struggle and he does not want us to reap the blessings of the Lord. You see if we're constantly wrestling with our flesh or our past; he has us distracted from serving like we should, pouring into the lives of others, or burying our gifts. He is calling us to Yield and give up our struggles. He wants us to yield in peace, He wants the fruit in our life will grow, he wants land we work in will produce, and He wants to open up the skies of His blessing to rain on us.
